RSVP's required by 12 noon Monday before the meeting. Cancellations required by 12noon Tuesday before the meeting.  Non-RSVP's are subject to available seats. *An additional $5 charge will be applied to anyone who has not RSVP'd.  All RSVP's and cancellations go to: pwcmeetings@yahoo.com Effective 2/1/09 - Due to restaurant food guarantees an RSVP is required.  If you RSVP and do not attend, you’ll be invoiced for full luncheon amount payable to PWC within 30 days.  Cancellations MUST be received 24 hours prior.  If you are unable to attend and have someone to attend in your place then appropriate meal charges will apply if you are a PWC member or guest. If there is a no show then original person making the reservation will be billed.
